Returns and refunds

MoodWorn items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size or color selection. Please check the product photos and size chart before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email shopmoodworn@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
